HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HAT?

To prevent dust from settling on your fedora, store it in a covered hat box or on a covered head form.
Sweep any dust or dirt away from the fabric in a counterclockwise direction to keep it smooth.
Most straw hats will be protected from rain. If your hat gets wet, use a dry cloth to wipe away the excess water. Place the hat on a level, clean surface to dry with the brim turned up.
For dark felts, use a dark bristle brush, or get a light-colored one for lighter-colored hats.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE HAT?
Customers should measure their heads before buying a new hat to ensure they get the correct size. We offer a variety of sizing options because everyone’s head shape and size are different, just like shoe and clothing sizes. Customers should also pay close attention to the size and fit descriptions on our individual product pages to assist them with their purchases. “We want to make sure that every one of our customers is happy with their purchase.”
MY HAT DOESN’T FIT RIGHT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We will give you a store credit if you are unhappy with our product or if it does not fit properly which you can use for any other hat. Just allow us to help you find the right hat, we want you to be a happy customer. Give us a chance to make things right for you.
CAN I WEAR MY HAT IN THE SUN?
Avoid keeping your fedora suede hat for prolonged periods of direct sunlight to prevent the color from fading.
