What matters to us the most is that you love your new accessory, which is why we offer 14 day returns from the delivery date

MAKE A RETURN

We’ll happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on all full priced items received within 14 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage and handling). 

We do not offer refunds, so we ask that you please be mindful when choosing your new item.

Bohemian Atelier is happy to offer a credit or exchange for items purchased, providing the product is in original condition.

All items purchased during a sale or promotion can be returned for exchange only.

All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.

RETURNS ON FULL PRICED ITEMS

– All full price items are eligible for exchange only (including items purchased using a 10% welcome discount code).

– All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition.

– We do not offer refunds, so please be mindful when choosing your new item.

RETURNS ON A SALE ITEMS

– All purchases on sale items (items purchased with a promotional code of more than 10%) are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges will honor the value paid at checkout after discounts, excluding shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional costs required to exchange their item.

– Items purchased using a 10% welcome code are eligible for return.

– Please note all items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty.

– For exchange returns within the US, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted. The cost of the return shipping label will be calculated and charged when the request is submitted.

EXCHANGE

– Exchanges will honor the value paid at checkout after discounts, excluding shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional costs required to exchange their item.

– All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

– Once your return reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed, and you will receive updated tracking information for your exchange order.

– If the size you are requesting is sold out, your return can be processed as an exchange for a different item of equal value only. (minus returns shipping fees, where applicable).

– In the event the item requested sells out, you will need to choose a different item of equal value (minus returns shipping fees, where applicable).

– For exchange returns within the US, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted. The cost of the return shipping label will be calculated and charged when the request is submitted.

POSTAGE

– All shipping costs are non-refundable.

– For exchange returns within the US, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted. The cost of the return shipping label will be calculated and charged when the exchange request is submitted.

– Return shipping labels are valid for 14 days. If your return is not shipped at this time, your return request and return shipping label will expire.

– Start the returns process and our team will do their best to assist you.

WHERE DO I FIND MY ORDER DETAILS?

– To submit a request you will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.

– Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are so sorry! A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product prior to shipping. All Bohemian Atelier pieces are thoroughly inspected, and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description and images of the fault/incorrect item.

Please note, we do not consider natural fiber flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty.
