How long does it take to make my hat? Because every hat is a labor of love, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Can I change my order once it's placed? Since we begin the custom creation process quickly, we can only accept changes within 12 hours of order placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust your size or style.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated in real-time by UPS based on your location and the size of our protective 16x16x5 shipping boxes. We ensure your hat arrives in pristine, ready-to-wear condition.

Do you ship to Florida? Yes! We ship to all 50 states via UPS.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, we use UPS Worldwide services to ensure brokerage fees are included for a smoother delivery experience.

Sizing & Care

How do I know my hat size? Please refer to our Size Guide https://bohemianhat.com/pages/size-guide for instructions on how to measure your head accurately. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up and using the adjustable inner band if applicable.

How should I care for my hat? To maintain the shape and quality of your hat, store it in its original box or on a flat surface in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
