Make a Return

What matters most to us is that you love your new hat and accessories. That’s why we offer 14-day returns from the delivery date.

Please return items in original packaging, unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Information

• For U.S. store credit or exchange returns, a return shipping label will be provided once your request is submitted.
• The return label cost will be calculated and deducted from store credit or charged before processing.
• International returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
• We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service.
