At Bohemian Atelier Collection, we don't just "pick" a hat from a shelf. Every piece is a handcrafted labor of love.

Standard Production: Please allow 3–5 business days for our artisans to create, inspect, and package your custom hat before it is handed over to the carrier.
Note: Choosing an expedited shipping method (such as UPS Next Day Air) fastens the time your package spends in transit, but it does not bypass the necessary production time required to maintain our quality standards.

We trust UPS to deliver our collections safely across the United States. All domestic shipments are fully tracked and insured.

*Transit time begins once the package leaves our studio in Texas. We currently ship to all 50 states and US Territories.

We are proud to offer our artisanal headwear to our neighbors in Canada.

Carrier: We primarily use UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver.
Taxes & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties as determined by the destination country.
Seamless Delivery: We choose UPS Worldwide services because they include brokerage fees in the shipping cost, ensuring a smoother delivery experience with fewer "surprise" fees at your door compared to standard ground services.

To preserve the shape and artistry of your hat, we ship all orders in a specialized 16x16x5 protective box.

Because of the volume of these boxes, shipping rates are calculated based on "Dimensional Weight." * This ensures your investment arrives in pristine, ready-to-wear condition, never crushed or distorted.

Address Accuracy: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical street address at checkout.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number the moment your hat is boxed.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by UPS, Bohemian Atelier Collection is not responsible for theft. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or an office address.
